Software worth it?

Im looking at a packet of software for pc repair on ebay. Its not something I need right now but I think it would be worth it in the long run.

heres the site. http://cgi.ebay.com/RESCUE-HARD-DRIV...QQcmdZViewItem

any feedback would be great. It looks like a really good deal... but maybe Im missing something. I dont want to get screwed.

Hi there,

You can't beat regular back-ups of data onto CD/CD-RW/DVD etc;
However, there are a few back-up programmes that I have used or witnessed in action after a disaster.
These include Norton Ghost, Acronis True Image and the following one is good as it will detect errors in advance which is Spinrite
