Problems with Printing headers at top

Basically instead of printing the name of the files when I print out a document with it's header. i'm getting a bunch of symbols (boxes) I know it has something to do with the font being messed up. I'm pretty sure it's now the printer screwing up.

So any help on how I can fix this would be great. it's important for our organization at my business.

Thanks,

Probably not the printer but the word program your using. What program are you using? What printer? Or it could be the Emulation Mode is not set right for the printer you are using.

I'd be surprised if you've heard of the software. it's a sign making software called Omega Composer. The printer is an all in one HP 750 XSI. I think it's a problem that can be fixed within the printer options, however I think my co-worker did not load up the right driver. So I'm going to replace the driver and see if that works. It's acting like it doesn't have the correct font. It will print the numbers but not letters. So I'll try the driver replacement and see how that goes. i'll let you know.

Thanks for concern.

Hi

You're probably trying the right route with the driver.

Any problems let us know the specs and stuff you are using.

Cheers

Beanie

Well everything I can find on the HP site and I can't find that printer, and I wasn't going to look in all of the 24277 topics on that problem. But with the different printers says printer font doesn't match application fonts. Now I don't know if this is on your printer or not but if there is a component section it says to put a check in install font smart then click on options and put a check in printer matching fonts then the printer fonts will be available in your application.
