My limewire is really acting up. Whenever I turn on the computer it opens (in the options it's selected NOT to open at startup) but it still does. Then sometimes it randomly closes. If it closes or I close it, a few minutes later it opens again. If I unistall it then a java error comes up saying limewire has an error, and won't leave. If I press OK it will come up again pretty soon. :upset:

did you go to control panel then go to add/remove? Do that if not and delete all related files and folders and then try reinstalling.

I did the add/remove programs thing but havn't done all the related files. Ill try that soon, but I just did that with Norton until I figured out there was a program to do it for me.

If you dont want it to start up when the computer turns on go run type in msconfig and select it not to load when windows starts up.

Sorry, Limewire is only illegal if you use it to download movies, music, or other purchased software.
