Sending attachments with msn.com

When I create a new mail message I am not able to attach a picture to my message. A blank screen appears when I try to attach a file. I have contacted msn and they seem to think the problem is with internet explorer. I am using IE 6.0. I am able to attach pix from another computer using my existing hotmail account. Help...
