wnaspi32.dll problem?!

When I try to open my Easy CD Creator (old version-3.5c, never updated it as it never gave me a problem!) I get a message saying that the wnaspi32.dll can not be found and must be installed in order to be able to burn a cd. Also, tried " ok " thru it, and the computer would not read my burner. Any ideas on how to fix this other than re-installing the priginal software. (which I couldnt find! @#$% ) Any help is greatly appreciated.
