USB Question

Those that know me know that ever since i had to install MA111(v2) that it hasnt worked correctly on my computer!!!

I do believe its a RAM issue,but i checked the power usage of this adapter,it says 256Ma ..... The USB root hub is capable of 500Ma max......

My Question is: How do i tell if the USB port itself is failing when i bootup and the router fails http://www.myfilestash.com/userfiles/thedude/confused.gif (I have to boot 2 times usually to get to work)

I know there is a USB fix for 98se but i cant remember where i saw it.......

THIS DIDNT HAPPEN @ ALL BEFORE I INSTALLED THIS OTHER CRAP VERSION (The other 1 went bad,i had to unfortunetly -- I wish i knew the power usage of the first one)
