Windows 2003 Ldap Authentication

I have Mandriva linux 10.2 superpack up and running with openldap authentication installed and working. I need to get My windows 2003 server to authenticate through the Openldap on my linux box. I am at a loss on how to do it.

Can some one please help me or lead me in the right direction.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.!!!!!!!!!
