Microsoft word help

Hi all!

This is my first time posting. I am good with computers, I can navigate my way round most systems easily, but this is one thing I can't seem to solve. I have some experience with coding and will soon be launching my first game onto the internet.

My question is; on Microsoft Word, there is a little symbol which I can't seem to turn off. I think it is to do with paragraphing. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I would be able to turn this off.

Howdy and welcome to CTH:

Start Word and go to Tools>Options.. Now, uncheck everything in the "Formatting Marks" option in that first Window..

Okay out.. Should be gone now!!

Or...if there's a button on the tool bar with the same paragraph mark as the one you're trying to get rid of, click on that button. That will toggle off displaying the marks.
