Nearly everytime I tried to print, I would get the error, Spool32 as caused an error in unknown, spool32 will now close, so I contacted Epson, and they sent me a link called Spoolss.exe, which they told me to install and they said it would fix the problem, but it as made the problem worse, I now get the error message, Error Starting Programme, The spool32.exe file is linked to missing export spoolss.dll. SuspendAllowed. And now I cannot print at all. I have tried removing the printer software with both the Add remove and the printers own uninstall programme but everytime I click on them my computer freezes, in fact if I click on anything to do with printers my computer freezes. I have also tried un-checking the boxes, in the Startup menu, but I still got the same error message. I contacted Epson again and they said it was a windows problem, so I would be grateful for any help.

Go to start settings > printers
right click on your printer and click properties
click the details tab and in there click spool settings
Try changing the spool data format e.g change from emf to raw
this someimes solves spook 32 errors:)

Thank you for your reply, I have tried clicking printers, but when the box appears there are no printers visable, and when I click on file, to open my properties my computer freezes, and I have to press, Ctrl, Alt and Del to end the task.
