Unable to Browse Network

I'm trying quickly to set-up a 15 user network. All computers are on the network according to the switch lights. What network settings, protocols, services do you need to "see" each other on the network? I have TCP/IP, NetBUI, different computer names, and the same workgroup. All the PC firewalls have been disabled temporarily. What else might I be doing wrong?
Thanks,
Devin

Hi Big Dev.
The most common mistake here is that none of the machines are sharing anything so if there is nothing the are letting the others see, the others wont see them.

So enable file & print sharing and share a single resource (printer or file or folder) on each machine.

Resource Sharing

I really appreciate the reply. I did enable sharing on all the computers. On two machines, I shared a folder on each and I was able to "see" each machine on the network. What a feat! However, on a third machine (my personal machine) and a fourth, I tried the same thing an it did not work. On the 3rd & 4th I can get into the workgroup, but I still am not seeing those other stations. I am wondering if it has anything to do with the differences in the network cards? Both the machines that can see each other have 3Com brand 10/100 NICs. Mine has an older SMC base 10, and the fourth some generic 10/100 card. Thanks for the help!
Devin
