is there any way i can retrieve outlook inboxes after changing its user name or by accidentally removing the original user of it ??..to another ? that can be located to the windows?

Sorry your question has been overlooked.
Outlook keeps all its data in one file, usually named "outlook.pst."
If you can find the outlook.pst associated with the user that was removed, you can use Outlook's Import feature to import all or part of the data (the Import Wizard includes a step giving you the option to choose what you want to import) in that .pst file.
