Help!
I am having problems running Java. I use both IE and Netscape. Until recently I was able to use sites like Pogo and Realtor.com (to view virtual tours). Now whenever I try to use these I get the message that my java is not enabled. I went into the tools/internet options/advanced section of IE and everything concerning java that I see is enabled. I get the same message with my Netscape. I am frustrated and none of my compter "expert" friends has been able to help. Can someone please give me some advice?!! Thank You! Hopeless |

Hi hopeless555 - welcome to CTH. In IE, go to Tools > Internet Options and click on the Security Tab. Now click on the Custom button and make sure that Java Permissions are enabled (medium security). Also check to make sure that Active Scripting and Scripting of Java Applets are enabled.
If that doesnt work, its possible that your installation of MS Virtual Machine may have corrupted. You can download the latest version (build 3805) from here.
