Unhappy modem problems
Son has installed windows me on my computer its a 550 speed processer. since he has installed it it will not recognise the modem which is a Ham 56k. We have the driver for ME but still do not have access to internet.
Can anyone help?

Welcome kaz2055 to CTH

If you right click on My Computer and select Properties.
Under the Device Manager tab, is there a modem listed.
If so, are there any exclimation, or question marks
next to the Modem entry.
Also if there is a Modem entry and you expand it by
clicking the + sign, click on your modem and select properties.
Does it say "This device is working properly".
