Installing a .tar
I've unzip the download to it's own directory,but am unable to come up with a command that will install the file. I'm trying to install: libsamplerate-0.1.2.tar. I've installed Kino for vedio editing and need this before Kino will run. I'm using SuSE 9.0.

Are you trying to install from source yes?
