Please help! I was trying to change the screen size on my moms computer and we hit " apply " after we had it where we thought we wanted the settings to be. A message came up that the screen was gonna "flicker" for a moment and then it should be okay. Well, that was the last time things were normal on mom's computer. The screen flickered all right! Matter of fact, it went nuts and is STILL going crazy! It just rolls and I can't get it to do anything! If anyone knows what I can do, please help! Any help is greatly appreciated! Also, she has a windows 98 Install disc. How do I go about upgrading her pc to windows 98? Does she need to buy an UPGRADE disc? Thanks again!:)
