I was gonna suggest reading the instructions, but then I realized if you do read instructions for things, you might have posted this in the correct forum. :p

It's a way of circumventing protection (i.e. cracking) games with Starforce. We don't help with things of that nature at CTH, so I'll close this thread.
As an additional note, if you don't do things correctly you can majorly hose your computer. Do yourself a favor, cough up the cash and get a legit copy of the game.
