Newbie here....I am at a loss at how to backup my work and then if I have a computer crash (which I seem to have every 3-4 months), how to put it back on the system (either with floppy or CD). Desperately need help as I did not grow up with computers.

Do you have a CDRW (CD burner) or another hard drive in your computer?
