stuck key 78 with 346 in display ??

when the computer is logged on...it says stuck key 78 then once you get past that 346 keeps jumping into the display window as if someone has control of the keys.??? so what is up and how do i solve it???

You say when the computor is logged on. What does that mean? When your booted up? Does the pc make any beeping noises when it's booting and what is the name of your keyboard and the name of your pc?
