*** is JAVA anyway?
I updated to IE6 the other day and now it wont load streaming pictures?
I then downloaded Mozilla 1.0 and the associated plug ins for Java and Flash, it seemed to be working okay but when I go to www.ambitweb.com/nasacams/nasacams.html the browser freezes and there is still one part of that page that wont load in either browser? I havent had this problem with that page before and I have had IE6 on this machine before and didnt have this problem. Sigh:grit: Win98se, PIII800, TNT2M64, Abit be6II etc etc

Sorry, The title probably gave you the wrong impression.
I have downloaded java. I just get why Im having the problem with the browsers, IE6 is up to date as is Mozilla, I could try Mozilla 1.1 I suppose. I just dont know what Java does, My Java console is NOT enabled atm, should I have it on?

Java is a programming language, which is used for some interactivity, often chat rooms on the web use Java.
Java is not the same as JavaScript.
