I want to force OE6 to receive before sending any e-mail as to comply with my ISP requirements. Nowadays I have to push send and receive button twice every time I want to send any e-mail. I remember that in the old days of IE3 it used to work that way. I wonder if it could be done. Editing the Windows Registry is fine for me.

I don't know if it can be done in OE or any other mail package.
What kind of stupid ISP rule is this?

Just for your info: they said it is for avoiding spam and any mailing from unauthorized users. Anyway I do not want to argue about ISP more or less stupid rules as in this case I have no choice.
Could you helpme to force OE to receive before sending? If you do not that is just noise!
