How does the "Resume" feature work. Assuming it does normally. Mine doesn't work and never has. Any ideas how to fix that as I hate to have to cancel a download that like like 90% complete and have to start over.

Wherever you choose to save the downloaded file, eg 'file.zip' Firefox will save a temporary file called 'file.zip.part' in the same location. This will be the incomplete download file. When it's 100% complete, it will put it together into the proper 'file.zip' file, and delete the .part file. When a download is resumed, it finds how much of the .part file already exists and continues from the right point. Not all downloads can be resumed due to server restrictions, that might be why you can't resume. Try a direct download link, such as some of the files from the CTH downloads section, they should support resuming.
