hello all,
Out of interest and wanting to run some win95 compatible progs, games etc which I have but rarely used, decided to install win95 on an old system. The installation went ok with the exception of an error notice - "the WF2K.EXE file is linked to missing export KERNEL32.DLL: SetThreadExecutionState". Is there anybody that has any idea what this means and perhaps advise me how to address the problem? Thank you for any help you might be able to offer.:dizzy:

Hi
Look up WF2K.EXE in the left hand colum and see if that helps.

This may help with the SetThreadExecutionState

To me it seems that you are missing the KERNEL32.DLL file
