Can't view webcams.

Hi,
I hope someone can help..?

Just in the last couple days I haven't been able to view webcams on both yahoo and msn. The video window opens, I see advertising for about 15 seconds, then the window closes. No messages on why, or what, happened (like, "Your friend has closed the webcam connection.").

I tried reinstalling MSN: I uninstalled, then cleaned up all temp files, etc., then hoped for a clean install. Didn't help.

Another problem , and because its been happening for weeks is probably unrelated, is that the Flash program needed to play winks on MSN, needs to be reinstalled everytime I reboot my computer.

I've run 2 spyware programs (BPS and Ad-aware), and I've run my anti-virus program (Sygate). I'm hoping it's not a spyware program thats messing things up.

Soooo....does anyone know whats happening?

Thanks ppl,
