OK firefox Guru's

I am playing an online war game. I need to open alot of pages that are the same and select the same link on each page. For example the page has an attack button I want to set it up to press the attack buttons on all open pages all at the same time. Can this be done without clicking each page and doing it manually?
Or maybe a refresh all pages command, that would work too,

There's a FF v1.5 extension called Reload that will refresh all tabs. Haven't used it myself.
