Please Help
When I Type In My Password On My E-mail,bank Website,or Any Other Site That Takes A Username And Password The Page Displays {this Page Cannot Be Displayed} Someone Said It Has To Do With Encription I Dont Know Please Help.I have windows xp home edition 2002. My firewall is a default from windows security center.

I have windows xp home edition 2002. My firewall is the default firewall windows provides.
