full screen mode not found

i bought enter the matrix game .i installed it.whenever i tried to run the game it gives me a messege "full screen mode not found" and then crashes.
my computer has 256MB ram 1.8Ghz cpu and uptodate graphic card all the games i have tried to run on my computer has runned exept this one . i really want to play the game and if any one can please -please help me out.

What graphics card do you have? This problem usually occurs when the system doesn't meet the minimum requirements:
-System: PIII or AMD Duron 800Mhz or equivalent
-RAM:128 MB RAM
-CD-ROM: 4X CD-ROM
-Hard Drive Space: 4300 MB
-DirectX: DirectX v9.0
