I am trying to help a friend who has the following difficulty. When she tries to view a web-page, some parts of the display overlap other parts. The particular example that she has just reported is at www.tedworthpc.co.uk, where she says that the 'marquee'-streamer is actually overlapping with 'Your Messages', and preventing her from accessing the latter. Any suggestions ?
