wierd problem in IE

my ie was working fine but then all of a sudden started crashing every so often and then asking if i wanted to send an error report. i have the latest version with all the updates. i also have this other annoying problem where the name of the page im visiting is not displaying at the top, only the first letter. see picture.

another thing that isnt really related it that i had all my device drivers installed, everything working great. then i boot up my pc today and it says its trying to install something that is already installed.. when it accesses the net to find the drivers it says it cant and now i have yellow ? all over the place in device manager. this was fine yesterday!!

virus infection? im doing a scan now with avast! anti virus to find out

You could try a System Restore to before the problems.

or try IEFIX

and maybe a System File Check
