Small Business Server Spam Filter

Ok im running a Small Business Server with about 10 machines of of it.

Im in need of some software to block the rubbish spam i get with attachments.

Eg. "Your password Inside!" Type rubbish.

We have been recomended "Black Spider" but thats £672.

If you have an extra box layin around and can get a linux distro installed, procmail (http://www.procmail.org/) and spamassassin (http://spamassassin.apache.org/) are good options.
