Help with Firefox Themes

Can someone please help with a Firefox problem. I have Firefox 1.5 loaded and am trying to download some additional themes. Whenever I click the install button, the download window comes up indicating the theme is downloading. Then the theme disappears from the download window. When I access the screen to change themes there is nothing in there but the Firefox default theme.
I have removed Firefox and re-installed it several times all to no avail.
Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you sure the new themes are compatiable with the new version of FF? You might have to visit the author's website for a compatiable version of the theme. I know I did.

Where are you downloading the theme to?

You may want to try manually downloading and installing the theme.
