I use Outlook Express, and have an "main" account set up through my ISP, I also have a second account set up using my own webserver account, this one is causing the problems. I can receive emails through it, but I canna reply nor send new mails using that account, my regular (ISP) email account works fine.
When trying to reply or send new emails I get this error...
An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'test', Account: 'lufbra', Server: 'mail.daves-pub.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0B
I have tried pinging my computer using 192.168.1.1 and this looks fine. I had the Sygate firewall installed and thought this may be the problem, so I've uninstalled that, I still get the errors. I am finding it hard to get into my routers webpage, to try seeing if there's anything wrong there. Through the account set up for the "bad" email account I've checked the settings and they look fine, I've also tried changing the outgoing SMTP number from 25 to 26, that did nothing. So I was wondering if any help/suggestions could be given here before making a call to my ISP Verizon, who's website I've already checked for Troubleshooting, but found nothing to help there.
Thanks in advance. :)
