when i try to open windows media player version 9 it comes up with an error message saying "Wmplayer has caused an error in KRNL386.EXE Wmplayer will now close". i cant open windows media player so i cant listen to any of my music (one of the main things i use it for). i am currently running windows ME and so cannot download version 10. i have allready tried the windows media official website but to no avail. anyone got any ideas of the problem? thanks
