i have a addon arm8100 adsl router, i am trying to open ports 6881-1889 for a bittorrent application, but im not sure how to set it up, i am in the right section of my routers setup. this is what the page looks like:

i have filled in the boxes that i know, so im not sure what to put for source ip or source netmask, and destination port map. please help!
