Need help selecting driver for ali usb 2.0 card buss
Hi all -
I'm using a hp laptop model ze4145 with amd processor, xp sp2, smc2835 pcmcia wireless adapter, plenty of ram. The laptop has had the bios flashed with the most recent version and I have added the patch to sp2. I've got two problems, the first "can not start code 10" in the post below this one. But here, I'm using a usb modem temporarily until and if I can get the smc2835 going. What I'm using is a LinkSys on usb. Everytime I plug it in there is a note displayed that it would run faster with a usb 2.0 port so I bought the ali 2.0 usb adapter for the card slot. However, the directions must have been written in taiwon or china. To select the correct driver I must know which chips are in my computer - no idea of even knowing how to find out. They give me a choice of Ali, Nec, or Via with about five versions for each. Anyone know how to find out? Best Regards lou howard |

Download the driver package at the top and reinstall all of your system drivers with it.
