can't print in windows ME

Hi

I have a barcode printer program which works fine with windows XP but I couldn't print with it in windows me. what is wrong?

Are you using the same printer in ME as in XP? What error message(s) are you getting - what happens when you try to print in ME?

yes I am using the same printer. the error message is kind of "Bclivi20 has cause error need and to close down". bythe way I can print from other applications like word.

Does the barcode printing program say it works with ME? It may require a later version of Windows. If it does say it will work with ME, you might try contacting the program's author or publisher for support.
