Ok, I am new here and I am having problems with my internet connection. I have Comcast and my connection randomly drops every few hours. I unplug the cable modem and plug it back in and it works for another few hours, then drops. The cable modem has been replaced and the splitters and the cable from the pole to the house was replaced. Is this the cable companies fault (on the pole) or mine (my computer)? I am actually getting disgusted and I am about to cancel my internet. Can anyone please help? Thanks. EDIT- They have been out 2 times already and are coming back tomorrow.
