Do you mean ypager.exe? If so, that's Yahoo! Messenger, and the problem may be fixed by reinstalling it (you didn't mention what exactly the error is, so it's difficult to diagnose). Look closely at the file involved though; if it is infact ypage.exe and not ypager.exe, it may be malware.
