sort of

if you're using internet explorer
click on -- tools , internet options , advanced
scroll down to security and put a check in the box that says

empty temp internet files folder when browser is closed

this will delete everything EXCEPT your cookies

the reason i said "sort of" is that these files are not just stored in the temp internet folder. there are .DAT files on your computer thanks to microsoft that also store this information and can't be accessed easily. if you want to clear everything out (or just see what has been stored) try a program like SPIDER
