wireless adapter card or wireless usb adapter?

Not sure which I should go with. Aside from the practicality of not having to open te case if I go with the USB adapter, are there any other substancial differences? Thanks all.

This is JMO but I find that the PCI crads tend to be a bit more stable than the usb adapters. USB for my money just wasn't made to deal with networking but there are those out there I'm sure that think usb is the way to go.
