cmicnfg.cpl pop-up problem? (Small .BMP image as example)

Hi there, Everytime I boot up me computer, it pops up with this pop-up (lol) :curse:

I definitely know that it ain't spyware because i have looked up "cmicnfg.cpl" on google and it has somethin to to do my Soundcard(?)

How do I get rid of this pop up?

Hi,
It is the control panel applet for your sound card. Just reinstall the drivers for the card, that should sort it.
