Like peanut butter? Think you know the best brand? Well think again! Try Naturally More, you can get it at Walmart. It's advertised as "more" than peanut butter, and it is! The ingredients are roasted peanuts, wheat germ, flax seed, cane sugar, egg whites, honey, and flaxseed oil. So there you go, you get your omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids and can feel good about that, but to heck with that really, it tastes great! I tell no tales. Do try it! And oh yeah, NOT connected in any way to Peanut Corporation of America and their problems.

Can I use it in, say, a peanut butter cookie recipe?

Hmmm Not too sure about this. I'm strictly a Sun-Pat kid.

I might flip a coin next time I'm in Wal-mart

Or just all by itself! Don't forget atop a banana or apple! Mixed with chocolate is of course the best of all!

Yes, here is one for you....it is tried, and it is true! What enticed me to try it was the remark that they are like Girl Scout cookies. I love Girl Scout cookies! I have some on order right now, in fact. The mint ones!

Anyway, here you go, check it out:

My Mum used to make a "peanut crunchie" cookie/biscuit, when we go over next month I try and see if she still has it, I think it was one of them recipes that was shown on Blue Peter many years ago.
