Download Streaming Video?

Is there a way to download any streaming video, of well any type, but specificaly .swf .mov and .mpeg?
If it helps I'm trying to get this video:

Do you mean to download and save onto your computer?

If so, can't you just right mouse button click over the url showing here, and select :Save Target As" then choose whre you want to save the file!!

Yes, and no.
Yes I want to download to computer and no the right click save target as dosn't work for streaming video. Unless theres some way I can go to my cached files and pull it out of there not really sure. But if anyone knows a way to do that I'm running XP Pro so let me know of a way to do it and I'll love you forever.

I'm not sure, but it might be worthwhile contacting the site owner of where the file is, and asking if they can get the file to you somehow!!
