XP PROBLEM! (award software inc system configurations [***?])

ok so im running xp pro and my computer just randomly turned off and turned back on its self, upon doing that it will NOT boot it just takes me to a screen that says award software, inc. system configurations
it displays my cpu tupe, cpu id and cpu clock along with base memory extended memory and cache memory
below that it says diskette drive A : 1.44M, 3.5" and PRI. Master Disk : LBA,ATA 100,
the problem is it WONT boot at all! on this menu i cant do anything theres no key to press and it does nothing the only solution is to turn off the computer and turn it back on ive tried hitting all the keys to like go to setup/q flash or hitting F2 or hitting tab to show post screen but they all dont do anything and when i try to go to setup / qflash it just has a black screen..!
i have no idea what this award software system configs is ive never seen it before!
please please please is there any solution to this? one more time, PLEASE.

have you had any other problems recently like mouse or keyboard issues?
