How to get Windows 7 Prof to import .iaf files into Win live mail?

From my old laptop with XP, I saved my Outlook Express account info as .iaf file. I emailed them to myself, and saved them to the desktop of my new laptop running Windows 7 Professional. I cannot get Windows Live Mail to import the account information to access my email from my isp.
In Live Mail, I cannot find a "Tool" menu from which to utilize the import function.
What can I do? I have always used this method while upgrading in the past, since I do not remember the password that I have had since 1997.

I know,,, the username fits...

Thanks, so far those instructions are not working. The only import option is for messages. Being able to un-hide the menu bar is not working either.

Thanks again

I would like to be able to help you further LB but as explained, I cant. If no-one else can, my best suggestion is that you contact Windows Live Support

In Windows Live Mail, click on the envelope icon with the small down-arrow next to it in the upper left hand corner.

In the menu that opens, go to Options and in the menu that opens, click on Email Accounts.

In the window that opens, there is an Import option.

Thanks so much for posting this, i couldn't find this option and it took quite some g00gling to come at a working answer. One of the reasons is i'm used to working with tekst menu's and it's not reachable from the menu...
