You Know VisiPics? Is there a Newer (and always free) Alternative?

It has not been updated in years. Even though it works, always looking for something with improvements that get updated.

In windows, I use "Duplicate Cleaner Free".

Yes, that is a handy little, basic cleaning tool. However, the software I mentioned is more for images. It checks for things like quality differences to rotation to minor differences in images (one picture having red eye and another not, for example).
