sidebar Usage meters nothing working

Hi,
I have 2 different internert uasage meters on my sidebar ( I do not operate both at the same time). One is Bigpond Usage meter v4.3. The other is bigpondusage found on whirlpoolforum.
My internet calender rollsover on 12th of each month. Since rollover I am getting no usage or information. I have uninstalled reinstalled, checked all info etc. Unplugged modem and wall socket. Still no info. I think issue might be at Telstra end, but any ideas.

Hi Brett - Is your metered usage working when you log in to the Telstra site?

Pretty sure that's where the gadget will be getting the data from.

Yep.
When I go to telstra site I can get all my currant usage, however gadget still shows nothing.
