CCTV in IE over Internet

I have a router set up to allow me to view cameras over the Net

I type my IP address into the browser and am then asked for a user and password

It works on my 32 laptop

I tried it on a 64 bit one - gets past the username etc and then asks to install "MPEG4 Streaming Viewer for AV Tech"

Gets no further

Anyone know if there is an issue with this or a download site with something up to date ?
