Imgur permanently "Down for maintenace" in IE9

Hello,

I use imgur picture hosting site regularly and for the past few days I've had a message "Site down for maintenance", I have checked this from other computers and also a site which tests imgur. In both cases I found imgur is up and running normally.

I have IE9 (windows 7) set up for 'tracking protection', I use AVG anti-virus 2012 - the paid for version, and all the security and privacy settings on my browser are set at default. The laptop is a Samsung 300e which is five weeks old.

imgur was working fine on my laptop until a few days ago.

If anybody knows what my problem might be please can you help me?

It's ok, it's working now. All I did was a reformat - a clean windows 7 reinstall - and now it seems to be working again. The only down side was that it took me all week to do it because of all the windows updates, program reinstalls and file transfers, but it was worth it in the end. Laptop's a bit faster too.
