Kernel-Power 41

So my computer shut down 3 times today randomly. I checked event log and it says all 3 were Kernel-Power 41. Ive long suspected that my houses electrical outlets somehow killed my last two computers power supplies, as they died very fast (6 months) Is it possible my wall outlets could be causing my power supplies to go bad or is this something else? I really need help as this is starting to get really expensive constantly replacing computers for no good reason. Whatever information you guys need to help Ill provide it just ask. I have a multimeter if that helps with anything I can check. If you know what type of professional I could call to check this out Id also appreciate it.

Are you sure it's the power from the outlet and not your PSU? Not all psu's are created equal, and some brands are better than others.

Can you post system specs? Use my signature as an example. I want to get an idea of the pc's power requirements and whether the psu you're using is up to the task.

As for the power from the outlet, there's a few things you can do:
Use the multimeter to check the voltage at the outlet. (I'm assuming 120v is your supply)
see if the voltage fluctuates or is too weak. (fluctuation of a few volts either way is normal. It's AC after all)

Install a good surge protector between the outlet and your pc, and or think about a UPC which will prevent those power fluctuations.
