Problem With Tenda Router

i have brought a tenda router W311R+
and i have a ADSL router which distribute the Internet. and my problem is when i connect my tenda router with the cable line connected with ADSL router the WAN light does not blink but when i connect the same cable line in my laptop the internet works.

the distance between my ADSL router and Tenda router is likewise 70meter.

can anybody help me please....
